On this course:

You will learn how to practice and teach Yin Yoga Asana in alignment with traditional Hatha Yoga principals.

You will be able how to sequence classes based an understanding on how each pose affects fascia, energy and the mind.

You will learn the teaching skills to confidently guide the body, breath and awareness in Asana, Pranayama and Meditation.

This training is open to teachers and dedicated practitioners of Yoga. Even if you do not intend to teach, this course will deepen your personal practice.
