Schedule:
Thursday - Saturday (26th, 27th, 28th) 1pm - 6pm:
Sessions begin with lectures, workshops and discussion about how to practice and teach Yin Yoga.
Then there is a 30 minute break followed by a 2hr+ Yin Yoga practice.
Sunday (29th) 11am - 3pm:
4 hour Yin Yoga Journey (open to the public)
